🚨 VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN IS REAL.
AND IT’S HAPPENING HERE IN EDINBURGH.

A recent tragic case in Edinburgh has once again highlighted the very real issue of violence against women and the urgent need to tackle it.

We cannot control the actions of other people.

But we CAN train. We CAN prepare. We CAN become more aware.

🔥 WHAT A START TO OUR 6-WEEK WOMEN-ONLY SELF-DEFENCE COURSE! 🔥

We couldn’t be prouder of all the amazing ladies who stepped through the doors last night and started their self-defence journey with us! 💪❤️

For some, it was their very first experience of self-defence training, but everyone got involved, pushed themselves and brought fantastic energy to the session.

A massive well done to our female instructors Kamila & Danni, who are leading the course and creating a supportive, welcoming environment where every woman can learn, develop and build confidence at her own pace. 👊

This course isn’t about becoming a fighter.

It’s about becoming more aware, more confident and better prepared. Learning practical skills that could make a real difference when it matters most.

And this was only Week 1… 🔥

We can’t wait to see how much this group develops over the next six weeks!
