Didn't even have time to get the camera out before BR were awarded a penalty for a challenge just outside the box and Porty were 0-1 down. Boys did not let that phase them though and battled the entire game making chances and scoring a well-worked equaliser in the 2nd half - which was disallowed for offside. Veo replay puts the decision in doubt, but can accept these calls are difficult for a ref to make without a Lino. Another loss, but harsh on the squad this time who worked their socks off. Pictures from last weekends League cup semi-final away to Broxburn. A spirited late fightback from the home team turned it completely around finishing 3-2. Best of luck to Broxburn in the final! 3rd Round match of the SE Region Cup vs Dalkeith Thistle went the distance on Sunday after finishing 1-1. Portobello edging it on penalties with all 5 takers scoring and one crucial save. Best of luck to Dalkeith for the rest of the season.
