Thinking About Joining a Class? Here's Everything You Need to Know! 💜✨

We often get asked:

👉 What do I wear?
👉 Am I not too old?
👉 Do I need to be fit?
👉 Do I need to be a certain shape or size?

The answer is simple...

Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in! Leggings, joggers, shorts, t-shirts, fitness wear, dancewear, or anything that allows you to move freely and confidently.

Age? Our classes are open to adults of all ages. Whether you're in your 18s, 40s, 60s or beyond, you're welcome on our dance floor!

Shape and size? There is absolutely no "dance body". Our classes are for every shape, size and background. "everybody is a burlesque body"

Fitness level? You do not need to be fit to start. We have beginners, returning dancers, and experienced movers all dancing side by side. You come exactly as you are and build your confidence, fitness, and skills at your own pace. You want to move ? That's good enough for us

Our classes are about having fun, moving your body, making friends, and feeling amazing, not about being perfect.
