Free your body, liberate your spirit! Ecstatic Dance is a unique journey of self-expression through movement - no choreography, no judgment, just pure authentic motion guided by a curated DJ set. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just want to dance more, this is your invitation to experience the joy of moving freely in a safe, sober, and supportive space.

It allows us to gently unwind all the blocks that are “up there in the mind” by moving our body and entering a flow state of energy & motion (emotion 😎) to reach balance.
Come try it for yourself. Bring a challenging problem, set the intention to create enough spaciousness inside of you for the solution to arise AND dance your socks off!
