SC24?👀 hello🧐🤫

Edinburgh take 3rd league title in a row!🏆
Today other SCUK managers decided to stop this seasons league early after only 5 rounds. This is due to Edinburgh being too good and simply unbeatable. Congratulations to our team who have made the other teams so scared they had to give up after only 5 meetings. After this news Kieron Mullarkey and Daniel Spiller have decided this will be their last season in SCUK to give others a chance of winning. It is unknown what will happen with Edinburgh SCUK but Kieron and Daniel wish them all the best if someone does take over.

Thanks for your support over the last 3 seasons and enjoy your Saturday celebrating another title❤️

A hard fought away victory puts the Royals in pole position! Last night we traveled to Somerset knowing we were in for our toughest challenge yet with Lewis and Wiktor both unavailable. However, we prepared well and managed to take the win on a very tricky away track. The meeting was close all the way through with only 6 points separating us and Somerset until heat 11 where Dawid and Kamil managed to get a huge 5-1. The tactical substitution came in heat 12 and to everyone’s surprise we cancelled out the tactical ride and got a 5-1 through Ryan Anderson and Remek Wojnoski! A few off nights which is to be expected against a strong Somerset side but praise goes to Kieron Mullarkey who was unbeaten and the key man at reserve Daniel Spiller who took 7 rides and scored 17+1. Congratulations to the lads on a spectacular away performance.
1. Dawid Bienkowski - 6+1
2. Kamil Wieczorek - 8
3. Remek Wojnoski - 3+1
4. Łukasz Furtak - 4
5. Kieron Mullarkey - 12👏🏻
6. Ryan Anderson - 3
7. Daniel Spiller - 17+1

Perfect start continues for the Royals as they hit 60+ for the third meeting in a row. A solid performance from everyone as we saw 4 riders be unbeaten by an opponent! Young Ryan Anderson unfortunately struggled to get to grips with the home track in his first meeting there this season but we know he will improve in the future. Another comfortable win but now the boys must focus on what will potentially be the toughest meeting of the season next week away to Somerset who have won their first 3 meetings also.
Congratulations on another impressive win!👑
1. Kieron Mullarkey - 12👏🏻
2. Ryan Anderson - 1
3. Lewis Case - 9+2
4. Remek Wojnoski - 11+1👏🏻
5. Dawid Bienkowski - 12+1
6. Łukasz Furtak - 8+4👏🏻
7. Daniel Spiller - 12👏🏻

We’re back at home tonight for round 3 of season 4 as we face a newly formed Oxford side who have had a great start to the season winning both their meetings, meaning one of us is going to lose our 100% record. This is going to be a very tough task but we’re confident we can get the win.

Two wins out of two as Edinburgh let the rest of the league know they won’t be letting their title go without a fight. It was a top class performance from 1-7 with Kieron and Łukasz the only two not to be beaten by a Birmingham rider, but all 7 scored solid points and it looks like we could have another fortress of a home track this season. A great start to the season but as we know, it’s a marathon not a sprint! Congratulations👑
1. Kieron Mullarkey - 12👏🏻
2. Lewis Case - 6+2
3. Dawid Bienkowski - 11
4. Kamil Wieczorek - 4+1
5. Remek Wojnoski - 9+3
6. Daniel Spiller - 12+1
7. Łukasz Furtak - 10+2👏🏻

ROUND 2…
Edinburgh face a strong Birmingham side who lost their opening fixture at home to Somerset, so they will be desperate to put things right tonight. On the other hand, Edinburgh look to make it 2 wins out of 2 but know it will be a much closer meeting this time out.

Perfect start to the season as we get a huge victory away to Bradford. Last night we started our title defence in the best way possible and we are now where we belong…Top of the table! A couple off nights from Lewis and Oskar but the other 5 certainly made up for it especially debutants Kamil and Dawid who were unbeaten by an opposing rider. There was some really good racing on a stunning Wroclaw track, thank you Bradford for the meeting and good luck for the rest of the season.🤝
Kieron Mullarkey - 12+2
Lewis Case - 0
Remek Wojnoski - 9
Kamil Wieczorek - 10+2👏🏻
Wiktor Krawczyk - 10
Oskar Orchowski - 3
Dawid Bienkowski - 17+4👏🏻

Last but certainly not least…Remek Wojnoski and Łukasz Furtak return!

First up the popular Remo. Remek came in during last season to replace Patryk Pokwicki and has never let the team down. During last season Remek managed to achieve a 9.62 average and was a crucial part in our title winning side. We caught up with Remek and he’s what he had to say “I am very happy to stay in Edinburgh for the new season, there was no other club for me because I want to win the championship again. Personally I want to only bring 3 points and change my nick to R3MO😀”
Welcome back remooo👑

Last Royal for season 4 is Mr consistent Łukasz Furtak. Łukasz is a fan favourite in Scotland and this will be his 3rd season representing us. Łukasz will start the season on a 7.06 average but is keen to improve on that. Here’s a few words from our pole “This will be my third season in Edinburgh, I feel really good in this team and the guys are great. First 2 seasons in Edinburgh we won the title so leaving here would be stupid. The tagets are simple for me, win again SCUK and make my average higher because I got some problems before to make constant good matches.”
Welcome back Furtak👑

That concludes our team building for this season, tomorrow is the day our season gets underway! Let us know if you’re happy with your Royals side for season 4.⬇️

Rybnik duo Kamil and Oskar step up to D1.

Signing no.7 is devils star from last season Kamil Wieczorek. Kamil has decided to step up to division 1 after gaining a 10.31 average in division 2 with the Devils last season. Kamil was a great guy to have around the team in division 2 so it was a no brainier to move him up a league. He is a top rider and is showing that as he currently leads the speedway European championship, here are his thoughts about the upcoming season “Last season I enjoyed riding for Edinburgh in division 2, we won the title and I was one of the best riders in the league, so I now want to challenge myself in the best league. This season will be tough but I think we have a good chance to retain the title as we have a strong team, I will try my best and we will see what happens.”
Welcome Kamil👑

Next up is a young pole with lots of potential, Oskar Orchowski. Oskar is currently having his first season in the Grand Prix series and is holding his own at the highest level of racing as he battles for a top 6 spot. He joins us on an 8.00 average and is excited to get going in Edinburgh colours. Some fans may remember him after a brief spell with our devils side at the end of last season as he came in to replace a banned rider for the playoff final. Here’s Oskar’s aspirations for the season and reasoning for joining Edinburgh “I wanted to join Edinburgh because they have a cool team and I am great friends with Kamil. I hope that we can fight for the championship this season and I will help the team achieve that.”
Welcome Oskar👑

Tomorrow we will bring you our final 2 riders before we travel to Bradford on Wednesday for our first meeting on the season!🔜

Winkz returns and brings Bydgoszcz teammate!

The first new face for this season is a good friend of Wiktor’s, Dawid Bienkowski. This will be Dawid’s first season in SCUK but is very well known in Poland and can be a top rider on his day. Dawid joins us on an assessed 8.00 average and is keen to show British fans what he can do. Here are Dawid’s first words since joining the club “I think this is a great club with great riders. I am calm about joining a new league but when I go on the the track I give my all for every team for which I race and I am looking forward toward to the new challenge in my career.”
Welcome to Edinburgh Dawid👑

As for wiktor, we had a small glimpse of what he is capable of doing when he joined at the end of last season and scoring 13+1 away in the playoff final just shows the standard of rider he is. Wiktor will be a huge part of the team and comes in on 9.89 average. We are delighted he has decided to stay and here’s what he had to say about his return “I'm glad I stayed with the team for the next season. I hope we will win the championship again. This club is so much better than cradley.”
Welcome back Wiktor👑
