English championships in Worcester at the weekend -
David hand - middleweight English champion.
Kyle Hanning - cadet sparring & patterns Bronze.

First National comp of 2024 at the weekend in Worcester and we now have the English middleweight champion at the club , nice work Dave. Big effort from Kyle as well picking up bronze in both cadet sparring & patterns 👊. 3 grading certificates handed out tonight as well for belt promotions - well done to Beth , Jess & William. We are recruiting new students now in Ainslie park if anyone is looking for a new challenge 🙌🏼
