Our amazing 36 golfers are all geared up and ready to raise funds for our two wonderful chosen causes:

🐾 𝙎𝙘𝙤𝙩𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙝 𝘿𝙖𝙡𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙣 𝙒𝙚𝙡𝙛𝙖𝙧𝙚: This charity rescues, rehomes, and supports Dalmatians in need. This cause is very close to our director’s heart, as they adopted their beloved dog, Talisker, from Scottish Dalmatian Welfare 5 years ago. Your donations ensure more dogs like Talisker find loving homes and receive the care they need.
💙 𝙒𝙚𝙚 𝙅𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙚'𝙨 𝙅𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙮: A heartfelt local charity from Dunfermline, dedicated to helping Jamie, an incredibly brave young boy who requires specialised treatment abroad in South America every 6 months as his condition is not yet treatable within the UK. Your support can change Jamie's future and bring hope to his family and community.

With 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 2 𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙠𝙨 𝙡𝙚𝙛𝙩, we need 𝙔𝙊𝙐𝙍 help to reach our £3,000 goal!

I am happy to be playing in the second annual charity golf day with the mortgage advice club on the 26/07/24

The aim of the charity event is for myself and all other players to raise as much money as possible for our two chosen charities.

Wee Jamie's Journey. This charity is aiming to help a brave young man named Jamie. He was unfortunately diagnosed with Duchennes Muscular Dystrophy in 2022. If you have heard of DMD then you will know how serious it is. It is a Muscle wasting disease that effects all muscles in the body. A message direct from Jamie's parents found on their GoFundMe page....

"We are currently travelling overseas for treatments 4 times a year to help slow down his condition and improve his quality of life , however there is a financial strain where we dont recive any help from the UK goverment with treatments costing around 60k per year. Our funding soley comes from fundraising events and the kind amazing people who donate to our go fund me . We truly couldn't do this without everyone's help/support. We will keep pushing and will do anything and everything it takes to save our wee boy."

Scottish Dalmatian Welfare. This charity is close to the mortgage advice club owner Liam's heart. He rescued a Dalmatian from that charity and now makes it one of his priorities to donate whenever he can. The charity helps rescue, re-home and protect abandoned or mistreated Dalmatians.

Staying consistent is Challenging. Very challenging. As someone who was diagnosed with ADHD at a very young age I know all too well how hard staying consistent is without getting distracted. Especially in today's world where distractions are all around us constantly.

However if you can choose one or two things to stay consistent with. You will most certainly reap the rewards of those efforts.

Getting good at a few things will have a snowball effect on other areas.

In particular the discipline of staying consistent with your health and fitness will definitely lead into discipline into other areas of your life as a result of having more energy.

Small achievable goals can have a lasting impact that lead to further changes.

With almost 15 years experience in the fitness industry having worked with people from all different backgrounds in their own fitness journey's I have got the skills to help you.

It's been just over two weeks since I got married.

I can wholeheartedly say it was one of the best days of my life so far.

I've been lucky enough to find someone who loves me unconditionally. She accepts me for who I am. The good and the bad and I am so grateful for her. I get to spend my life with my best friend as my wife and we are both going to continually push each other to be the best versions of ourselves.
