Our goal is to develop a player while teaching you the art of being a Front Row. We are in Edinburgh, Scotland, but we are happy to travel the world :)
We develop Front Rowers to be the best they can be, physically, technically and mentally. We are passionate about rugby and we want to help players of all ages and abilities to excel at scrum and all round front row play.

NZR chief scientist and Mike Ross explain 'axial loading' and why it's dangerous After World Rugby announced the outlawing of axial loading in scrums yesterday, much of the rugby world have been left confused.
Supporting our partners University of St. Andrews 7s, not much scrum but good to see a great event and a few front rowers buggers showing some skills 😉😁
