Dear all, due to a new training commitment there will be no more wednesday circuits. Thank you to everyone who participated and has helped me get the business off the ground, feel free to get in touch anytime if you have any questions relating to your training.

Thanks to all of those at circuits tonight, was glad to see everyone hopefully enjoying themselves in the end and hope to see you again next week, will post another event for next weeks circuits tomorrow evening.

Hey all, planning summer circuits starting on the 15th of June at beveridge park Kirkcaldy. 6 until 7.30. first session will be half price at £2, it will be a bit different from your average circuit and limited numbers so please get in touch if interested and i will jot down your details.
