We are on the lookout for passionate, reliable, and enthusiastic freelance Instructors and Guides in and around Edinburgh. If you love creating safe, fun, and unforgettable experiences for others, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Available Roles:

🔵 Freelance Instructors:

If you’re a qualified instructor (or working toward it) and have a passion for watersports, we’d love to hear from you! Pay rates depend on experience and qualifications.

🔵 Trainee Instructor/Beach Hand:

Perfect for school leavers or local residents looking for part-time or weekend work! You’ll help with lessons, take photos/videos of sessions, and gain hands-on experience. No prior paddling or photography experience needed - just a willingness to learn!

📅 Work runs from NOW to October 2026, with peak activity in summer.

Join us for a two-day paddling journey down the River Tweed - venturing from Stobo to Yair via Innerleithen 🛶

If you’ve done a few river trips and are ready to take it further - this is your next step.

We’ll camp beside the river, enjoy a fire under the stars 🔥 and wake up ready to paddle straight back onto the water 🌄

Over two days, you’ll travel one of Scotland’s most scenic river sections with experienced guides, carrying everything you need for a proper overnight expedition - without the hassle of organising it yourself.

We provide all paddling and camping equipment - just bring yourself and a sense of adventure.
