Another year at the district championships for the team!

Coming away with 2 gold and 1 silver 🥇🥇🥈

Starting the team off to a flyer young Igor puts on a masterclass display of boxing and shows his strength and power against his opponent

Next up school boy adam Brownlee winning on Saturday showing great skill and desire to win, moves onto the finals as he narrowly looses out on a 3-2 split decision but shows he is more than capable to mix it at the top!

Last but not least our super heavy weigh youth Victor puts on the best performance to date showing all the hard work he put in the gym to winning the gold medal against a boy he has been beaten from previously.

Thanks to sandy and the team for giving us rounds last night, building our novice boxers some valuable rounds aswel as more experienced ones for up and coming box cups.

A Challenge for The Royal ABC 🏃🏽‍♂️🥊

On May 2nd, I will be attempting to run the entire West Highland Way, 96 miles from Milngavie to Fort William in under 24 hours to raise money for The Royal ABC.

The West Highland Way is one of Scotland’s most famous long distance trails and takes you right through the Highlands. It’s a tough route with plenty of hills, rough terrain and unpredictable weather. Trying to complete the full 96 miles in under 24 hours means running almost nonstop through the day and night.

I’m taking on this challenge to support a club that means a lot to a lot of people in the community. The Royal ABC has created an amazing environment for both kids and adults and this is just a small way of giving something back and helping support the club.

Training is already underway and there are plenty of tough miles ahead but it will all be worth it for a great cause.

If you’re able to donate, it would mean a lot. Every bit of support will go towards helping support the club and everyone who trains there.
