As well as matwork classes I offer 1:1 mat ot equipment sessions at FASIC, 46 Pleasance, Edinburgh, EH8 9TJ https://www.ed.ac.uk/sport-exercise/fasic I also regularly run one off sport specific workshops, mainly running or golf. I teach a Pilates for Golfers course to BCP teachers and also teach on the student teacher course.

Feeling very proud of my 20 years working with 𝕌𝕟𝕚𝕧𝕖𝕣𝕤𝕚𝕥𝕪 𝕠𝕗 𝔼𝕕𝕚𝕟𝕓𝕦𝕣𝕘𝕙 𝕊𝕨𝕚𝕞𝕞𝕚𝕟𝕘. Watching the footage from Glasgow has been so upbeat. I started teaching Pilates to the swimmers in 2005 as prep for Melbourne and although I retired from Edinburgh University in 2024 I'd like to think some of the athletes swimming in Glasgow have made use of some of their Pilates knowledge to help along the way. Very excited to watch the rest of the sessions....smash it guys 🙌 ❤️

I'm looking to run a Pilates for Golfers workshop in St Cuthbert's church hall, Westgarth Avenue, Colinton Edinburgh on Monday 3rd August 6.45pm - 8.15pm. Highly practical, lots of movement tips for your golf swing and good fun. I can take up to 10 people so if you're interested get in touch....and just as well I edited the captions otherwise we would have being doing a "Platypus" session! 😂

I had a great golf lesson with yesterday. I'm so used to looking at how other people move it's good to have some expert analysis on my golf "issues"! Low and left is one of my key problems and now working on some wrist awareness / strength to try and keep my club face open. I'll keep you posted!
