Be honestā¦
How long have you been stuck in the cycle of putting in so much effort but still not seeing the results you want?

When Christine first came to me, she was low in confidence, low in energy and under a lot of stress.
She was already going to the gym and had followed plans before⦠but consistency was always the struggle.

Hereās why I advise against losing body fat at this time of year š
Itās not that itās impossible by any means, but it does become more challenging to manage with the amount of social occasions most of us have onā¦
We naturally start winding down at this time of year (once the Xmas shopping is done šµāš«) so focusing on maintaining makes more sense than adding in the extra stress of dieting..
Maintenance is a VITAL part of the process and what better time to practice mastering that when you have a whole lot of social things on? Now is as good a time as ever to have a diet break..
More food & flexibility for mulled wine š· and mince pies š„§
F*ck dieting all year round. You shouldnāt be⦠BUTā¦
That also doesnāt mean you need to go & eat and drink like a d*ck (although be my guest if you do want to)ā¦
Maintaining good habits with both food & exercise this next month will prevent you from entering January feeling like š© (yes, I know itās cold & dark and motivation is down the pan bla bla bla⦠but that also doesnāt mean you should let everything go to pot š) Crack on regardless, youāll feel 10x better for it š«”

November, youāve been a blast š¤š¼
š¦šŖ 2 weeks in Dubai including multiple epic meals out, Defected music festival with the best people, work, coffee trips, giant croissants, sunshine, drinks, plenty of laughs & good times with good people ā¤ļø
Solo trip to Manchester this week for 2 night for all photoshoot & some work, then a trip to London to see my client smash her first photoshoot šø
Our team are thriving and weāve got huge plans for 2025 already 𤫠Itās gonna be an unbelievable year for us, just waitā¦.
A weekend of Xmas shopping (for ourselves) with
And a day out today with dad & sis, so wholesome, very grateful ā¤ļø
More clarity and yet again, more lessons.. (2024, anything else you wanna throw at me babes? Getting good at handling it all now so come at me bruh š

You know thereās something missing..
You just canāt quite put your finger on it.
Youāve been following what everyone else is doing because thatās what youāve been taught.. and itās got you to where you are so you may as well just keep going, right?
But youāre starting to lose fulfilment.
In business, in life overall..
Part of you feels like youāre starting to lose yourself a bit, too.
Youāre trying to be something youāre not to fit in and maintain the success youāve had to date.
And youāre constantly needing that validation to make yourself feel like youāre good enough.
But that external validation youāre seeking wonāt help you gain any more fulfilment or success in business or in life.
I know because Iāve somewhat chased that validation for most of my life.
Up until this year.
You canāt and wonāt find happiness and success in someone or something.
Money can give you more freedom, sure.
Surrounding yourself with like-minded people can make you feel more comforted and heard.
Being in a strong relationship can make you feel secure and wanted.
But if you arenāt willing to face the depths of your vulnerabilities, feelings and emotions, youāll never learn to be truly happy.
Youāll just constantly be chasing the next high, like a drug you canāt break away from.
But once you rediscover who you truly are..
Once you do reshape the identity of your true self..
Once you do become a self awareness machineā¦
Your confidence, belief and abundance within yourself magnifies.
Thatās when you radiate positivity and authenticity.
Thatās when you move in LINE with your core values and beliefs and you start to build a life and business that aligns with your true self.
Nothing feels like an effort anymore.
You cut out the noise and you do what you want to do.

Weekly round up āØ
Had the best time in Dubai with some of my favourite people the last 2 weeks but was so happy to get home on Tuesday & be back into routine again šš¼
I couldnāt get into a good flow with work whilst I was away and it was really bugging me BUT Iāve finally got it back again and it feels f*cking good š¤š¼
Although Iāve been exhausted AF and sleeping like a log š but got a lot of sh*t done all things considering.
A few more days of travel this week for my last personal photoshoot of the year (not even sure who I think I am tbh š) and one of my clients solo shoot, canāt wait to see her shineee ā¤ļø
Then I am very much HOME for Xmas š November has been wildddd but im so incredibly grateful šš¼
Our team are thriving, our free WhatsApp group is buzzing & weāve got big plans in place for 2025 to make an even bigger impact in more ways than one.
