I’m a fully qualified Coach and a full member of the National Council of Psychotherapists. I work with people to help them manage feelings of stress, anxiety and overwhelm. We focus on the areas of your life causing you these feelings and through discussion devise a plan which will allow you to take control, change behaviours and ultimately achieve a better balance and feeling of wellbeing.
My approach to coaching is always to work with the individual in a holistic way. Everyone is unique and one size definitely does not fit all. Our Coaching sessions will be designed and tailored around you the individual and at a pace that suits you. Any tools and techniques used during the session will be selected to suit both you and what you want to achieve. At the end of your coaching sessions you will have a ‘tool kit’ of techniques which you can call on at any time in the future.
I offer a free, no obligation initial 15 minute consultation via telephone or Zoom. This will give us a chance to discuss how coaching can help you and an opportunity for us to see if we’d like to work together.
