The Well offers specialised Physiotherapy for anyone who is struggling with symptoms as a result of a neurological injury or condition. We also offer assessments for anyone who is struggling with their balance, deconditioning following a hospital stay or is worried about falling.
No need to worry if you are unsure whether we can help you, just get in touch to discuss whether our Physiotherapy treatment may be suitable for you.

Hello! 👋🏻
I am Esther - the owner and Physiotherapist at The Well. I have been working in clinical practice since 2016. I have a Masters in Advanced Physiotherapy: Neurophysiotherapy from UCL and have completed Pilates Matworks 1-3 with The Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute.
I love being a Physiotherapist and I have experience in a variety of different clinical and non-clinical roles. If you are interested you can find out a bit more about my career background on our website. Happy New Year!
If you really don’t fancy a packed gym to start 2024 but you would like to start a new way of exercising (that you might actually keep up) our three week taster courses are a perfect way to figure out if Pilates is for you.
Small class sizes, run by a qualified Physiotherapist will mean you are guided through the class so that you really get the most out of the dedicated time you have set aside for yourself.

Do you think you will need a boost after Christmas but don’t fancy facing a packed gym in January? The Well’s 3 Week Taster Courses are starting on the week beginning 8th January. This course allows you to see if Pilates is for you. You don’t need any prior experience of Pilates as you will be guided through the class by an experienced Physiotherapist & Pilates instructor.
There are two weekday times to chose from:
• Monday’s at 10am (Dance studio, Valley Park)
• Thursday’s at 6pm (Inch Park)
