EARLY BIRD ONLINE
After our festive break, with people returning fully back to work we are also bringing back our 6.30am Early Bird classes. These classes are online only which allows you to simple get out of bed and move your body slowly but surely lead by our wonderful teachers. If you pay per class these are only £6!

The Specials were a celebration of how British culture was envigorated by immigration from the Caribbean but the onstage demenour of their lead singer was a reminder that they were in the serious business of challenging our perception of who we were in the late 1970s. RIP Terry Hall.
