What a day – healing, laughter, tears, and so much love.

Huge gratitude to the these two incredible women Jo and Karen . We dreamed this festival into being last year 🙏 With work, family and all of life’s commitments, it wasn’t always easy – but together we made it happen.

Join us for a transformative experience that combines the sacred traditions of Ceremonial Cacao, Shamanic Journey, and Kundalini Yoga.

In this workshop, we will embark on a beautiful journey with the spirit of Cacao, a powerful plant known to open the heart and awaken the soul. We will access powerful tools from the Kundalini Yoga tradition, which will assist us in preparing the ground for expansion and healing. The practice of Shamanic Journey will foster a deeper connection with our soul and allow us to experience our core essence.

Through the combined practices of meditation, breathwork, yoga and shamanic rituals, we will explore deep healing, release old patterns, and access our inner wisdom. Together, we will awaken the sacred within.

This workshop offers a profound opportunity to cultivate self-trust, spiritual connection, and inner strength, supported by a loving and like-minded community. Perfect for anyone seeking clarity, healing, and transformation on their journey.

What an amazing day we had yesterday at the first ever Scottish Kundalini Yoga Festival! It was a great honour to host this festival and spend the day with our growing kundalini yoga community.💫💚☀️
