A reminder to all clubs who booked the Virtual Height & Weight Check option — your online registration session takes place this evening. Please ensure your full team is prepared and ready at your allocated time.

There will be NO registration / height / weight checks on the morning of the event.
This applies to all competitors — no exceptions.
All checks must be completed the day before competing.

If you miss your allotted time, you must attend an in-person session on Friday or Saturday.

A reminder for everyone attending the ITF Open British Championships this weekend:
🚫 There is NO parking available at The Dolphin (the event venue).

To help you plan your journey, we’ve posted a parking map showing alternative parking options just a short walk from the venue.

🅿️ How to find the alternative parking:
• Continue along Pasture Hill Road
• Turn right onto Harlands Road
• Parking is available on the right-hand side, just past the flats

Please review the map before travelling and allow extra time for parking and walking to the venue.

All instructors who booked a Virtual Height/Weight Check slot for the ITF Open British Championships have now been sent full details for tomorrow’s registration.

Please ensure your club is fully prepared with:
✔️ Competitors lined up in Dobok bottoms & club T-shirt
✔️ Readable digital scales
✔️ Seca height stick (no tape measures)
✔️ Calibration weight (kettlebell/dumbbell)
✔️ Device positioned so checks can be clearly seen
