🌞Brighten the mind 🌞
Try this the next time you are feeling super drowsy and sleepy - at a time when you don’t want to be feeling either.
Close your eyes or find a soft non focused gaze and visualise LIGHT 🌞
It could be from an actual picture or photo that you love or a snapshot of a scene from your memory. Linger over the details, the colours, the saturation, the shadows, the vibrancy - see if you can stick with these visuals for a minute or longer.
Feel any brighter?

🎡 Saturday 28th May 12:30-2:30pm 🎡
There is a LOT going on in our body when we do wheel. It is definitely not as simple as bending backwards; it's a complex mixture of shoulder, back, glute and leg strength coupled with a great deal of flexibility in our shoulders, front body and front legs. If you find it hard, it's because it is!
Join for two hours of breaking down the bend into simple manageable chunks.

Headstand Hedonism Saturday 23rd April from 12.30-2.30 pm.
Join Ailith for two hours of informative fun, beginners and headstanders welcome.
In headstand we should use our head as a means to help us balance, not as a load bearing support - our hands, arms and shoulders are for that.
Learn to headstand safely.

Join me on my journey to Front Splits Workshop Sat 19th March from 2-4.15pm
I’m completely fascinated with all things flexibility, so I set myself a challenge to put the things I’ve learned into practice and learn how to do front splits.
It was suggested to me a few years ago that I would never be able to do them, I’m not there yet i.e. my pelvis is not touching the floor, but I’m slowly making gains.
I began to practice a little more seriously back in the Oct 2021 which means on average I’ve been practicing specific drills and stretches between 3 and 4 times a week, which take about 15/20 mins out of my day.
In the workshop I will try and answer common questions and tackle common preconceptions regarding flexibility…
🤸♀️Do genetics make someone more or less flexible
🤸♀️Can you be too old to gain flexibility
🤸♀️What can help us become more flexible in terms of external factors like temperature and the time of day.
🤸♀️What is mobility
🤸♀️Will practising yoga make me more flexible
🤸♀️And loads more………
💡Any specific questions that you have regarding flexibility DM me and I will attempt to answer it at the workshop 😊

This in person workshop is for anyone who would like to learn how to do front splits.
I believe that most of us can learn to do them with enough time, patience and perseverance.
Join me (Ailith) on this journey.
Being flexible enough to do the splits is DEFINITELY NOT a requirement to do this workshop ( I’m still working on mine). This workshop is for those who would like to know how to improve their general flexibility, including front splits.
