Mum-life is already a workout⦠but your back shouldnāt pay for it š
After my first ānappy run workoutā post, I knew we needed Part 2.
Because yes ā carrying kids, lifting shopping bags, pushing the pram, cleaning the floor and rushing on the school run all count as movementā¦
But the way you move matters.
If youāre always bending from your back, twisting while lifting, rushing with bad posture or carrying everything on one side, your body is going to feel it.
So I made Part 2:
Mum-life strength, made simple.
This one is all about everyday mum moves made stronger, safer and more intentional.
Inside this carousel:
One-hip toddler carry
Toddler pick-up squat
School run power walk
Pram hill push
Shopping unload squat
Floor wipe side lunge
Cot reach hip hinge
Mum reset stretch
Because busy mums donāt need unrealistic routines that only work if the house is quiet, the kids are asleep and you magically have an hour free.
You need movement that fits around real life.
Save this for your next chaotic mum day š
Send it to a mum who says her back is always sore.
Comment PART 3 if you want more mum-life exercises.
Message me MUM STRONG if you want realistic online coaching that fits around motherhood, not against it.

I accidentally turned a nappy run into a workout š
This idea came to me while I was walking home from the shop carrying two massive packs of nappies ā one in each hand.
Halfway home I thought: āWait⦠this is literally a farmerās walk.ā
Then it hit me.
Mum life is FULL of strength exercises already.
Picking toys up? Squats.
Lifting the laundry basket? Deadlift.
Pushing the buggy? Power push.
Carrying bags upstairs? Loaded stair carry.
Holding your toddler? Core work.
So I made this series:
Mum-life strength, made simple.
Because busy mums donāt always need a perfect gym routine, loads of time, or fancy equipment.
Sometimes you just need to take the movements you already do every day and make them safer, stronger and more intentional.
The goal isnāt to turn every chore into a workout ā itās to move better, protect your back, and build real-life strength through the movements you already do.
Save this carousel for your next chaotic mum day š
Send this to a mum who carries the whole house and still says she has no time to train š
Comment PART 2 if you want more mum-life exercises.
Message me MUM STRONG if youāre a busy mum who wants realistic workouts that actually fit around real life.

Anthony was born on 15.02.2024.
Now itās July 2025 ā 17 months postpartum.
My belly still sticks out a little⦠but itās not fat.
Itās just loose skin ā a reminder of what my body did.
And Iām done hiding it.
This body grew a human.
It stretched, tore, healed⦠and kept showing up.
Some days, I still notice the softness. The wrinkles.
But I donāt let them speak louder than my strength.
This isnāt a bounce back story.
Itās a rebuild story.
One rep at a time.
One decision at a time.
17 months of progress ā physical and mental.
Because this body?
It lifts. It leads. Itās loved ā right here, as it is.
Strong isnāt about how I look.
Itās about never giving up on myself.
If youāre a mum working through the in-between ā
Not quite where you were, not quite where you want to be ā
I see you.
I built my postpartum strength back from scratch, and I can help you do the same.

I didnāt follow a meal plan.
I didnāt live in the gym.
I didnāt wait to āfeel ready.ā
Iām a mum of two with barely any time for myself ā and I still lost 15kg without crash diets or extreme routines.
How?
By focusing on consistency, not perfection.
You donāt need to punish your body to transform it.
You need patience, support, and a plan that works for your life ā not against it.
š DM me āSTRONGā if youāre ready to stop restarting and start making real, lasting progress.

The cycle of āstart ā stop ā restartā can feel never-ending.
But perfection isnāt the goal ā progress is.
The reality?
Some days will feel easy.
Some will feel like a struggle.
Both still count.
Showing up consistently imperfectly beats starting over every time.
