Team Quest - July

What a lovely day for the Highland Flingers as we finally managed to get everyone together for a team outing!

A special mention has to go to Louise and Tam, who made their maiden outing as part of the team. They made a wonderful start to their dressage journey, and we couldn’t be prouder of them.

The day got off to a fantastic start in the My Quest classes, with Rosie and Ellie finishing in 2nd place and Louise and Tam taking a brilliant 3rd place.

Then it was on to Team Quest, where Rosie and louise produced two lovely Intro tests, followed by two fantastic performances from Lucy and Lisa, helping the Highland Flingers finish 2nd overall and collect some valuable points towards the Regional Finals.

A huge well done to everyone. It was a real team effort, with plenty of support, encouragement and smiles throughout the day. We’re looking forward to the next outing together! 💙🐴

For one evening, the Highland Flingers swapped dressage arenas and Highland ponies for sequins, singing and an absolutely spectacular night watching Take That at Hampden, Glasgow!

It was a fabulous evening filled with laughter, dancing, plenty of memories and, most importantly, wonderful friendship. 🩷🎶✨

Dressage is a fantastic sport and we all enjoy the competitions, but nights like these are a reminder that there is something even more important than rosettes and results. The friendships we have built through our shared love of horses are what really matter.

Win or lose, those memories, the support, the laughs and the friendships are priceless – and that’s what being part of the Highland Flingers is all about.

Here’s to great music, great company and many more adventures together… although next time we’ll probably be back in our riding boots instead of dancing shoes! 💕🐴🎤

First outing of the year for the Highland Flingers and what a way to start 😄

A bit of early alarm clocks, plenty of tension, and a few “why do we do this again?” moments… but once we were in the arena, everyone rode cracking tests and the ponies were absolute stars ⭐

We even came home with 3rd place and some very welcome points on the leaderboard – not a bad day’s work at all!

Safe to say the season is officially underway… and we’re off to a flying start 💃
