My reduction ended with 9% body fat, the reduction lasted exactly 29 days, so it shows that if you know how to eat, getting in shape is not difficult! . I followed the diet for 16 days with my injury and took 15,000 steps. I thought it was a temporary injury and I would soon return to training. On Friday I had an MRI in Poland and it turned out to be very bad. I will probably have spine surgery. This is not the news I was waiting for, but one thing is sure I will never give up! and my return will be even louder!!

There is exactly 26 days difference between these photos. 15 days of this without any training, all I did was 15,000 steps a day. in the first photo I had about 12% body fat and in the second photo 9% body fat. I eat over 2,000 calories all the time without training at all, so as you can see, you can eat a lot without training and reduce body fat. Last 2 weeks off injury
2 weeks off from all activities the only thing I did was 15 k steps a day.
The whole time I kept my diet going.
On the next pictures you have examples of my meals during 2 weeks off from training. As you see on the photo there's fries and bread so I still ate carbs and I was still able to reduce my body fat. I'll start adding more stories and reels about nutrition and how to eat properly
