raising ensures we can be there via our Adviceline, community groups and befriending service. Often these illness can strike with no warning, affecting the individuals and their families. To enable us to continue this work we ask each participant to register by paying advanced sponsorship of £16 and then raising an additional £40 in sponsorship for Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland. Support will be provided to help you raise sponsorship from your friends, family and colleagues and we encourage people to aim to raise as much as they can. The RoadBlock Run is the latest incarnation of a running series that orginally started out in 2009. 2016 sees the tenth run in the series and so far the fun runs have helped raise over £300,000 for Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland.
