Bring your children down to teba five-year-olds to 12-year-olds if anyone wants one-to-one sessions come along aswell doing pad work and training like Boxers do and you will be losing weight and getting strong with the workout of teba ultimate fitness believe me

And for the other people who just wants to do Teba ultimate fitness is £5 for the session
