Good evening all, can I just clarify that I no longer work at longstone and the only classes I have are 60 plus Monday mornings, advanced Monday evening, Improver s on Tuesday evening at corstorphine cougars rugby club. Thank you.

Classes back tomorrow, if any of the monday participants want to come along at 7pm, that would be fine.😊

Sorry classes cancelled tomorrow as one of the staff members at club has covid and they will be doing a deep clean, if more folk test positive we will e shut down again 😕

Class times as last year, Monday beginners 6 15pm improvers
7pm, Tuesday at 7pm, Wednesday 6 30pm general class, 7 30pm intermediate .

Classes resume on Monday the 31st May, still required to bring own mat and not to socialise before or after class but hooefully no more lockdowns !

Hi, hopefully group classes can resume from 17th May. I will have to give hall hire folk a week or twos notice and i dont know at this point how many people we can have in each class. Will keep you posted. Hope everybody is well.
