American Football team, based in Falkirk from around 1990 to 1994 The Falkirk Cougars emerged from the ashes of the Forth Valley Generals.

The Falkirk Cougars evolved from the Forth Valley Generals. Here is the film of the last Generals game, the play-offs against the Washington Grays.

Grangemouth Flag Football Club would like to hear from any past players who would be interested in coming down for a game or two of Flag Football on the 9th of December. This invite is also open to any Falkirk Cougars players.
The format for the day will be to mix past and present players into as many teams as possibe and play a round robin of games.
Once we know how many people are interested we will set the schedule for the day and create an event on Facebook.
Of course, this is all dependant on the good old Scottish weather.
