Great session last night - actually got quite a good rhythm going in the passing triangles, squares and pentagons! Using both feet, and lots of first touch practice.

You can't beat team sports when it comes to getting fit. Sweat + smiles = Kick-Ass Football Training. Great session by UEFA B licence coach Michał Suski on shooting & turning with the ball, and wonderful to have Amazing Gracie's FC take part too.
