SeiShin Budo the true spirit of Tenshinkan Karate and Kobudo

Our karate is a combination of fighting techniques and self defence, we call if goshin-jutsu. We practice kobujutdu based on Ryukyu Kobujutsu Hozon Shinkokai.

Classes are held on Wednesdays at 6pm-8pm and Thursdays at the Blackridge
Primary School Tenshinkan Karate is mainly focused on fighting techniques, it incorporates sabakis and weapons, its katas are similar to Shotokan's. Private lessons are available. It suits adults and children, progression at their own pace.
