Launching the MPC Academy has been a huge milestone for us — because it brings something genuinely new to our community and the "typical" club scene.

The Academy is fully hybrid: built for players who want structure, support and progression, whether they’re competing, improving or simply wanting to get more out of their tennis. It blends on‑court coaching with resources players rarely get access to at club level — articles, video data, video analysis through our partners at SwingVision, and a dedicated events platform for matchplay (), workshops and socials.

Most importantly, it’s built around community. A place where players feel supported, connected and part of something bigger — not just a weekly session.

Based in person at the Grange Dyvours Club, the Academy is a step forward in how we help people enjoy and develop their tennis, and we’re proud to share it with everyone who’s been part of MPC Tennis & Fitness so far.

World Cup Doubles🏆

T-2 two days until we launch our academy! Excitingly, ~Zebaaaaa now joins the team as our academy sport and exercise psychologist (iT). Zeba will be hosting monthly workshops and will be writing a series of player support articles that players’ can access at any time.

Membership will be available on Friday, with our first in-person events as soon as 4th of July (guess the theme🇺🇸)?

Our final Serve Clinic of the season takes place this Thursday. Thank you to everyone who joined us this term — we look forward to seeing many of you in the Summer Programme. For those travelling, we’ll welcome you back for the Autumn term, beginning in late August!

1:1 coaching availability with Calum, Sophie and Emma has been also been updated for summer. Henry Macdonald’ schedule will be added over the coming days.

Our Spring Junior Programme is now open! All sessions begin w/c 20th of April and run through until the end of June.

Adult sessions will also go live this weekend—with a bigger intermediate programme to cater for high demand 👀📅

🌱 Spring is on the way… and outdoor tennis is back!

Our junior programme for the spring term will be released on Monday 23rd March. The adult programme is expected to follow at the same time, with a few final adjustments still being made around league fixtures. 🗓️

Next term we’ll be placing a strong focus on game and point development, helping players build the tactical awareness and confidence needed to compete — all building momentum towards the summer tennis season!
