Massive well done to everyone in last night’s Kids Class (5–7 yrs) 👏
On a very warm night, the energy, effort, and focus from all the kids was absolutely brilliant 👊💪
It’s also great to see the consistency in attendance building week after week, with every class busy and full of enthusiasm 🔥
Luckily we have a fantastic coaching team on hand, which gave us around a 1 coach to 2 students ratio last night — allowing loads of support, encouragement, and individual attention throughout the class 👏
Great attitudes, great listening, and loads of progress being made every week — the future is bright 🥊💚

WKU BRITISH CHAMPIONSHIPS DONE
Day 2 wrapped up and we’re on the way back up the road in our Short Self Drive - Car, Van and Minibus Hire
Today saw the team compete in Point Fighting and Kumite, adding more to the medal tally:

Bringing our overall total from just 4 fighters to an outstanding:

An incredible return from a small team, every fighter stepping up and delivering across the whole weekend.

Great trip up to Stonehaven to Lion's Den TCK Modern Martial Arts to attend a seminar with UFC striking coach Randy Steinke Mma over from Arizona, USA.
An excellent session with loads covered with plenty to take away and add to our skill sets back in the gym.
Always good to step outside, learn from others, and keep evolving.
