Earlier this week, I shared a run where I didn’t track my pace, didn’t care about the numbers, and just felt genuinely pleased to be moving again.
That is a huge part of what I care about in coaching.
Not forcing your body through a generic plan.
Not chasing someone else’s version of fitness.
Not ignoring your body just to prove you’re working hard enough.
My online coaching is for adults who want to build a sustainable relationship with movement, strength and fitness.
It is support that considers their actual body, health, goals, capacity and life.
The Guided Training Plan is the best value and a great place to start.
It includes personalised training through the app, weekly check-ins, weekly programme adjustments and ongoing progression support.
It may be a good fit if you’re returning after injury, illness, pain, a break from fitness, or if you’re already training but want more structure and support.
Apply for 1:1 support through the link in my bio, and I’ll recommend the option that best fits where you’re at.

I’ve been a bit under the weather the last few days, so there has been lots of rest and movement has looked very different this week.
❌️ No structured workouts.
❌️ No strength training.
❌️ No big sessions.
Movement doesn’t only count when it looks like exercise.
Today, movement looks like getting into the garden.
Planting. Weeding. 🌱
Squatting down. Standing back up.
Spending time outside.
It may not look like a workout, but it still supports my physical and mental wellbeing.
Sometimes the most helpful thing we can do is let movement meet us where we are.
And today, this is where I’m at ♥️

And she is live 🤩🤩
After a long time planning, building, writing, rewriting, refining and more overthinking...my new website is live!
(And not just the holding page)
This feels like a really big milestone. 🏅
Not just because now I have a shiny new website (thank you husband) but because it feels like the clearest reflection yet of the space I want to create.
A space that bridges rehabilitation, fitness and wellbeing.
A space where movement supports real life.
I'm also really excited to launch my new blog on there!
I want to help put evidence-based info into people's hands so they can better understand their bodies and feel mofe confidence navigating their health and wellbeing.
My first blog post explores something I see come up all the time:
What actually helps when you want to train, but you're tired, stressed, overwhelmed or in pain?
Because, life rarely gives us ideal conditions and so movement should be working with out body and not against it.

I've had to return to exercise more times than I can count.
After illness. After flare ups. After periods where life simply got busy.
Each time, I've learned that trying to get back to where I was before isn't usually the most helpful place to start. 🤔
The scales don't tell me whether I have the energy to do the things I enjoy.
Comparing myself to a previous version of myself doesn't change where I am today.
And forcing myself into one type of movement only makes it harder to keep showing up.
🔥 These days, I'm much more interested in finding ways to move that support my life as it is right now whilst considering my future self.
For me, exercise has never been about proving what my body can do.
It's about building a relationship with movement that can adapt as life changes, that supports where I want to be. 💪🏽
What do you find most difficult when returning to exercise?
