Hatha Yoga with Zee

I’ve been a bit quiet here lately, as I’ve been busy with courses and some exciting new projects, but also reflecting on what a wonderful term it’s been. I can’t believe Term 1 of the yoga classes is already coming to an end! It’s been such a joy sharing this practice with all of you, and I’m so grateful for your dedication, commitment, and the positive energy you bring each time. It truly makes our classes special. 🙏⠀
Before Term 2 begins at the end of January, I’ll be offering a few private sessions to keep us feeling relaxed and grounded over the festive season.⠀

We’ll combine gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation - a little nurturing pause during this busy time. 🌸 These sessions are offered for a suggested donation of £10, and you’re warmly welcome to join (just remember to bring your own mat). ⠀
