Unfortunately, over the last 2-3 months I've let my physical fitness slip and it's eaten away at me because of the progress I was making.
----------------------
As is the case with many people, this year in particular, l've been struggling with my mental health. The past few months have been difficult and the following days, months & years will continue to be difficult, maybe even more so.
----------------------
The turning point for me was when I stood on the scales and seen I was the heaviest I'd ever been - 15st 4lbs. I've kept the past month quiet whilst I get back into the swing of things but I'm now at the realisation that I need to keep myself accountable - the reason for this post. ----------------------
My aim is to get back to the fitness level I was at last April, as well getting back to seeing some differences in the way I looked/felt - then improving on that. Onwards and upwards from here!
