🥋 THANK YOU – NORTH LANARKSHIRE OPEN 2026 🟠⚫

What a day! A huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped make NLO 2026 such a success.

To every competitor who stepped onto the mats — congratulations! Whether you won a medal, achieved a personal goal, competed for the first time or simply gained valuable experience, we hope you took something positive from the day.

To our instructors & coaches — thank you for supporting the event, preparing your competitors and encouraging them throughout the day.

A HUGE thank you to our umpires & officials who gave up their day so others could compete. Without you, there simply isn’t a tournament. 👏 We also had officials gaining experience in new roles, which is exactly what a development event should provide.

To our jury tables, runners, administration team and everyone involved in setting up, clearing away and working behind the scenes — thank you! 🧡

And to the parents, families & supporters — thank you for the travelling, waiting, cheering and supporting your competitors.

Finally, thank you to every club and school that joined us at Ravenscraig. It was fantastic seeing different clubs and organisations sharing the mats, competing with respect, meeting new people and making new friendships.

NLO is about more than medals. It’s about competition, development, confidence, respect, friendship and enjoying Taekwon-Do together — for competitors, coaches and officials alike.

That’s what the North Lanarkshire Open is all about. 🥋

From all of us at the NLO Team — THANK YOU for being part of NLO 2026! 🧡🖤
