Another weekend competing at Curl Edinburgh in the International Seniors. Always a great competition on good swinging ice. Came up against Team Lockhart in the final. After a shaky start and a hefty score deficit, we fought back hard to be one down playing the seventh. They ran us out of stones in the eigth end after scoring in the seventh. Congratulations to Team Lockhart on the win and thanks to super sub Charlotte for helping us out this weekend.
The dates have already been announced for next year as 20th - 22nd Nov 2026, so plenty of time to get the dates in your calendars and get a team together. 🥌

An epic battle against Team Lockhart in the final which went down to the last stone of an extra end. Jackie played a great last shot to claim victory for her team. Thanks to everyone at Curl Edinburgh for organising a fantastic event.

Our skip was honoured to be asked to throw the opening stone when the Canadian Ladies Tour visited Greenacres on Thursday. No pressure with the Provost overseeing events! Skip Rhona Howie and sweepers Liz Paul and Libby Torrance ensured the stone safely made the house. 🥌
