Very proud of my client Dom on how far he has come 💪.
"After working with Alex for 6 months I signed up for an Ironman 70.3 in Portugal. It gave me 12 months more of training time with Alex while also learning to run and swim.
A lot can happen in 18months. Working with Alex helped me kick start a journey to loose 12kg and put on muscle. As a newbie to running, without getting a foundation for strength training with Alex I think I would have also run into injuries along the way.
Now I’m looking forward to taking part in a full iron distance in Austria in 2026."

CLIENT RESULTS 💪💥
Dom came to me looking to improve his strength, general fitness and overall body composition,
Over the last 6 months his body fat has dropped massively, muscle mass has increased and overall strength and fitness is improving each week,
We train together 1-1 twice a week, outside of our session Dom will include another two sessions on his own,
Through resistance training and building up his overall strength, his lifts have tripled from where he started
He now has a good understanding of healthy choices with his nutrition and understands how to eat well while not being restricted on his food choices,
Looking forward to seeing his progress in the next 6 months 💪
