Mines is to be more present, build a balance between work and personal life and try not to be a perfectionist, life is full of twists and turns! βοΈ

Resistance bands have been a great tool during the era of home workouts and you can pick them up for less than a fiver on Amazon!
This full body workout can be done with the resistance bands or even bodyweight for a good sweat π

Finally got myself a kettlebell π
I was so excited to pick up it up! (And actually have to go somewhere π€¦πΌββοΈπ€£)
I feel it adds that extra intensity to my workouts πͺπΌ
Opted for a 12kg which is quite versatile... and it was the only one left in stock π

Set some new ones, prioritising your health and wellbeing, your work-life balance or a different aspect of fitness
