August looks quiet in the garden, but it's a tougher month for bees than most people realise. Swipe though for why, and a few small ways to help 🐝

Sharpen your pencils, our back-to-school colouring-in competition is here!

How to enter:
✏️Pick up a colouring sheet from any of our shops (see below)
✏️Colour it in and return your finished artwork by 31 August.

The prize:
The winner will receive any five 40g jars of our delicious honeys.

Voting will take place both online and in-store one week after entries close on 31 August, and the winner will be announced shortly after.

We'd also love to see your artwork in progress, feel free to tag us! These tags won't count as competition entries, but we always enjoy seeing your creativity.

For Afternoon Tea Week, we’re serving three pairings with , with a different one to try every two days:

Earlier this spring, we took our honeys to PekoeTea and tasted them alongside their teas to find the combinations that worked best together. These are three of the pairings we came back with.

No booking needed, just drop in. Free to taste!

We've got a bit of news from the hives we've been quietly buzzing about. Our Scottish Heather Honey has officially been awarded 3 Stars at the Great Taste Awards, a rare honour, reserved for products judges consider extraordinary.

"This is as good as Scottish heather honey gets." — The Great Taste Judging Panel
This award isn't just a shiny badge on our jar. It is a celebration of traditional beekeeping, unblended artisan honey, and the millions of tiny flights our bees make across the rugged moorlands every August.
