Tonight the sun goes dark over Scotland. ☀️🌑

Solar eclipse = new moon energy. Doing gets eclipsed by being, just for a moment.

Before the sky darkens, ask yourself:
what am I ready to let go of?

The sun always comes back. 🌗

👇 Drop a 🌑 if you’re watching tonight

Who wouldn’t want to be on holiday all the time? ✈️☀️

These photos are from last week in London, and yes… I could definitely get used to this! 😂

But as much as we love holidays, travelling, eating out and enjoying life, there’s something we shouldn’t put on holiday too:

Taking care of our body.

And no, you don’t need to exercise every single day or spend hours in the gym.

What really makes the difference is consistency.

Showing up for yourself regularly.
Moving your body.
Building strength.
Taking time to breathe and reconnect.

Even 3 days a week can make a difference when you keep doing it.

Because reaching your goals isn’t about being perfect.

It’s about being consistent. 🤍

So enjoy your holidays… but don’t forget to come back to your body. 🧘‍♀️

What are you committing to this week?

Most people think, “I know how to breathe… I’ve been doing it my whole life.” 🤷‍♀️

But breathing well is something we can learn.

Here are 3 common breathing mistakes:

❌ 1. Thinking there’s nothing to learn.
Breathing is automatic, but breathing well is a skill that can improve your posture, movement and overall well-being.

❌ 2. Breathing only into your upper chest and forgetting about your diaphragm.
Shallow chest breathing can create unnecessary tension. Learning to use your diaphragm helps you breathe more efficiently and feel more relaxed.

❌ 3. Not listening to your body.
Your body is always sending you signals. Your breath helps you slow down, notice them and respond with more awareness.

✨ Breathing isn’t just about staying alive—it’s about moving better, feeling better and living better.

💬 Which of these mistakes do you recognise in yourself? Let me know in the comments!

Can Yoga and Hypopressive Training work together? 🤔

The answer is… absolutely! ✨

🧘‍♀️ Yoga helps improve mobility, strength, balance and body awareness.

🌿 Hypopressive Training focuses on your deep core, pelvic floor, posture and breathing.

Together, they create a powerful combination to help you move better, feel stronger and reconnect with your body—without high-impact exercise.

💬 I’d love to hear from you!

Have you ever tried Hypopressive Training?

It’s time to take a break and recharge my batteries. ✨

It’s been a long, incredibly busy winter, and now it’s time to slow down for a little while.

The next season is bringing new challenges and a whole new chapter on the horizon. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love challenging myself, learning, and embracing change. I’m full of ideas and excited for what’s coming next.

But I’ve also learned that growth doesn’t happen without rest. Sometimes, the best way to move forward is to pause, recharge, and come back with even more energy.

See you soon… ready for the next adventure. Classes will resume on Wednesday 29th. ✨ See you soon, ready for a new season of growth, movement and connection

In a world that moves so fast, hobbies like knitting, reading, gardening, sewing, or baking are often seen as “old-fashioned.”But maybe they’re exactly what we need.

These slow hobbies reconnect us with our body and mind. They teach patience, presence, creativity, and care. They remind us that not everything has to be productive, rushed, or online.

There is something deeply healing about creating with your hands, sitting quietly with a book, or watching something grow slowly over time.

Maybe slowing down is not falling behind.Maybe it’s coming back to ourselves.

Mindfulness and meditation are NOT the same…
but people confuse them all the time.

Meditation is a practice.
It’s when you pause and train your mind.

Mindfulness is a state of being.
It means being present, here and now, without judgment.

You can meditate to practice mindfulness…
but you can also be mindful while walking, breathing, living.

Can you stay present during your day?

Ready for practice… or maybe just a moment together 🐶🧘‍♀️💜

Sometimes yoga doesn’t start with a pose,
but with presence…
and a little furry companion who reminds you to slow down.

Before going out, before the day begins,
just breathe. Together.

✨ Do you have a yoga buddy too?

respira. Insieme.

✨ Anche tu hai un “compagno di yoga”

I often get asked: “What’s the best breathing exercise?”

And my answer is always the same:
the best breath is the one that makes you feel better.

There are many ways to breathe — diaphragmatic, lateral, slow, deep, energising, calming.
In yoga we call them pranayama, and each one serves a different purpose.

Some days you need grounding.
Some days you need energy.
Some days you just need to soften.

✨ There’s no perfect technique.
✨ There’s only the breath that meets you where you are.

Listen. Breathe. Choose what feels good today. 🌬️🤍
