Rice-gate
Always double check food labels.
Especially on similar foods. Don’t assume.
It could be slowing down your fat loss!
Like it has mine. Well a little bit.
Social events also haven’t been helping 😅
That’s without any alcohol as well.

To offer the best possible service to everyone, I cap the number of sessions and clients I have.
That way I can be flexible for in person client.
I can give both in person & online clients maximum attention each & every day.
&
I still get to spend a lot of quality time with family & friends.
I have 5x 1 hour slots available for in person available.
If someone signs up & wants to do 3 sessions a week I will only have 2 hours a week left to fill.
If you want to work with me & don’t want to miss out, I wouldn’t wait to long. No better time to start than the present.
If you are interested in online coaching I have availability for 7 new people. That’s it.
If you aren’t sure what online coaching consists of send me a message saying you aren’t sure & I can explain how my online coaching works to get you serious results.
This isn’t some fake marketing BS either.
That is genuinely the only availability I have atm.

This will get you results fast! Provided your plan is right.
This is what I’m currently doing for fat loss.
I’m busy with work & kids.
My brain doesn’t work, blaming baby brain.
Time is limited.
& I would rather be doing other things!
I’m not even craving “junk food”.
Hunger isn’t bad either, considering you will always be hungry when dieting for fat loss.
It’s simple & effective.
It gives you structure.
It’s a win. Even in the short term to get started.
People will argue it’s boring.
I’m restricting my food for a limited amount of time to lose fat so I look & feel better. Of course it is.
But I will get it done in 12 weeks then go back to a more flexible, enjoyable approach.
Slowly but surely. 2kg down but still been able to enjoy social events with friends and family.
Yes it may slow progress a bit.
But it’s your choice to make.
It’s just not an all or nothing choice. Be smarter than that.
Let’s not throw all the toys out the pram.
