Wow - being a part of The Goddess Movement's first birthday retreat felt so incredibly special to me and an honour to be part of. Seriously, just soaking in the energy from all those amazing, authentic, and confident women who truly put their well-being first? It was honestly so inspiring to witness. We shared tears and laughter, and that's truly the beauty of it all – it was one of the most authentic experiences I've ever had with a group of women who started as complete strangers.
A huge thank you to Emily for hosting such a dreamy beautiful event. I'm still buzzing with that goddess energy we all felt! Whether it was pure manifestation or just a little bit of magic, it truly felt like a hidden gem. There's just something so magical about connecting with the divine feminine, and I definitely felt it.
And to have it all happen in Edinburgh, my favorite city? It was absolutely a "pinch me" moment. It really feels like the universe, or whatever you believe in, totally manifested this just for me!

As a former NHS physiotherapist, I’ve seen firsthand the toll that busy, high-pressure environments can take on physical and mental health. After working throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, I reached a breaking point — struggling to maintain my well-being, with habits that just didn’t stick. This experience led me to a personal transformation through yoga, Pilates, and breathwork.
Now, I’m on a mission to help busy individuals, just like I once was, rebuild their health and balance through accessible, practical wellness habits.
