These legends have shown that physical training improves more than just numbers in a gym.
Their lives outside of it have improved too!
Physical training has massive benefits on your ability to do all things in day to day life, whether it's climbing stairs, abseiling waterfalls or riding horses.
Being active, staying strong and treating your body well improves well being ten-fold and shouldn't be taken for granted!

Last week I said goodbye to Edinburgh—wrapping up in-person coaching and moving out of my flat. This week marks my first full one back home.
Big things ahead:
1. Continued training for my November marathon, 2. Diving back into study + pro sport
3. A big move back down south.
But for now…it’s all about some much-needed RnR
