Having a million machines and fancy lights everywhere while you talk big words to the camera wearing nasal strips like it’s the coolest new accessory whilst sporting some ‘crocs with socks’ just doesn’t float my boat 🤷‍♂️😂😂

The second you walk through these doors, everything outside stays outside. The stress. The noise. The bu****it. The doubts. In here, it’s you vs you. And the weight we lift isn’t always just what’s loaded on the bar — sometimes the heaviest s**t we carry is in our own heads.

So put the mask on. Shut the world out. Load the bar and fu***ng work.
