I’ve trained back and bis today and this just happened 😅
Exactly 6 weeks and 5 days until I step on stage at
94kg this morning so it’s dropping gradually 💪🏻 a little bit flat but it’s fine. You gotta accept the fact and keep going ✌️
I’m feeling pretty well at this stage. Performance is great, strength is still on point.

3 months Client Summary:
- weight before a cut 92kg, weight after a cut 84kg.
Strength results:
Bench press + 10kg
Deadlift + 20kg (170kgx5!)
Squat: + 15kg
Chin-ups: before 10 reps of body weight , now 12 reps with additional 10kg plate
Dips: 15 reps of bodyweight in total
David managed to lose 8kg and maintained muscles at the same time. His strength has improved even though he was on a calorie deficit.

Off seasons physique check. I am quite happy with this condition so far. I managed to build some good quality gains as well as gaining some fat. (As long as I see some abs then I’m alright 😂) I got another 12 weeks of bulking and some mini cut in between.
Don’t be afraid of getting some fat when you are bulking, however make sure you “kinda” controlling it. ☝️

Physique update. Sitting at around 97kg. I am quite pleased with my physique so far. I’ve been eating a fairly good amount of food (4k) and shreds are still there. I’ve got another 12 weeks to go.

Whether you’re bulking or cutting it’s good to add some flavour into your food right? Are you quite fed up eating dry rice with some veggies and chicken? Or you need to eat something fast. Try this out. It takes less than 10 minutes to prepare it.
Here’s the recipe:
-100g of basmati rice
-250g of chicken breast
-Uncle Bens sweet and sour sauce - no added sugar (only 124kcal per whole jar!)
-You can add some veggies if you’d like. (I’m bulking at the moment so veggies is a tough thing :D)

Fitness is about changing bad habits for good ones. It will also make you more disciplined with certain things, boosting your confidence so you will be more keen to achieve your goals.

Here is my off season back update. I’ve been prioritising back muscles in a little while and I can tell it bloody works. I began my 4th week of bulk so there is more to come.
