Really proud of these 4 lads, a lot of hard work has been put in over the last few months and it’s great to see them all improving! 👏
I’m always on at them about demanding higher standards from each other and this doesn’t happen over the course of 1 session or 1 month.
The lads have kept showing up week in week out and it’s starting to show ⚽️
These boys all play at various levels at their age groups & are all really close mates, it’s amazing the atmosphere we have created… trying to help each other improve but keeping the competitive edge 💪

Drills don’t have to be complicated ⚽️
They work when players have clear instructions and train with the right tempo…not full speed, but enough intensity to keep it game related . 🔑
