Three years of dancing, laughter, friendships and wonderful memories!

This time, we kept the celebrations simple - straight after our regular dance rehearsal, we gathered at our favourite pub to raise a glass to Usnis and the amazing people who make it so special. 🍻

Time flies when you’re having fun!

We’ve just had our first Baltic Fling event in our home away from home city - Edinburgh! 💙

We are so happy and grateful to be able to organise events that allow us to bring our culture and dances to Scotland.🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

This time, we had the honour of welcoming our friends all the way from Cleveland, Šokių studija „Suvartukas” from Plungė - the first dance group to invite us to come to Lithuania and dance together with other groups from home and Liaudiškos muzikos ir šokių ansamblis “Vilnis”. , the group with whom our ties go way back.

It was such a special weekend filled with friendship, culture, music and, of course, lots of dancing! 🇱🇹💃🕺
Thank you to everyone who helped make our first Baltic Fling so special. Hopefully, we can do this again! ❤️

Each year we have new members join the group but we have already filled the spaces for women. Now, we are looking for a few men who are:

- Longing for community
- Have good banter
- Aren't necessarily Lithuanian
- Love to move their body to the music

Joining the stage is… Liaudiškos muzikos ir šokių ansamblis “Vilnis”.! 🇱🇹✨

For more than 20 years, Vilnis has brought together dancers, singers and musicians of different generations, celebrating Lithuania’s rich traditions through music, song and dance.

We can’t wait to welcome this incredible ensemble to Edinburgh!

After having the privilege of sharing the stage with Suvartukas during our visit to Lithuania in March 2025, we are so excited to welcome them to Edinburgh for their Scottish debut. 🇱🇹
