Getting to EICA just got a whole lot easier, with a new trial bus route running hourly from Edinburgh city centre, with stops along the way.

Ready for a superhero workout? 🕷️💪

September's Gym Challenge takes inspiration from Spider-Man: Brand New Day and will test your strength, endurance and determination.

For 20 minutes, work through:🔹5 pull-ups🔹10 press-ups🔹15 squats - complete as many rounds as you can before the timer hits zero!

Pop into the gym, give it a go and see if you've got what it takes to beat the team - or even Spider-Man himself 👀
