Getting moving, bringing back your mobility, strength, flexibility are vital. Whether it’s before, during or after surgery, chemo- immuno- or radio-therapy.
And doing it with people who know EXACTLY how you feel… so if you need to stop 🤷🏻♀️ so what! They’ve all felt what you’re feeling…
