We are so delighted to share with you our beautiful Riso Printed posters for this year's festival π A huge shoutout goes to the incredible team at Out of the Blueprint for all their amazing work adapting & printing these, helping us improve the sustainability of this year's event!
β¨ Here is a little more about why Riso Printing is so cool & a bit more info from the Out of the Blueprint team:
Riso runs on vegetable-based ink made from rice bran oil (a byproduct of the food industry). In addition to this, the team only print on uncoated, recycled, FSC-approved paper, with a range of carbon-neutral options that are manufactured using wind power. Riso uses 90% less energy than standard photocopiers, has no VOCs or harmful emissions, and produces a minimal amount of waste. Plus, every print supports the local community, funding their work to support young artists through residencies, creative projects and subsidies π¨
Huge thank you again to the lovely team for all your help! πΏ
Disclaimer: Our printed materials are posted with the corresponding approval from each business/ community space they are up in π»
