Just to let you all know that the minutes of the last AGM and ABM are now on display in the club. (2020)
It is with regret that I will not be standing as secretary due to illness.
I will still be around to help and advice the committee if required.

Morning all, the AGM and ABM calling letters will be available in the club from tomorrow. The AGB/ABM will be held in the club on Sunday 6th March. If you have moved house in the last 2 years we may not have your correct address so please pick your letter up from the club.

The Committee met tonight and I can confirm the following:

We are asking all members and visitors to adhere to the latest Government advice on social distancing, wearing mask when moving about the Club and to remember to fill in your details for track and trace.

As things stand we are still having the Christmas Eve Party. Last orders at the bar at 10:00.

Christmas Day we are CLOSED.

Boxing Day we are open from 11:00

New Years Eve Party is still going ahead. Strict rule that the bar will be closed from 23:45 to 00:15 to allow all attendees and bar staff to see in the bells.

New Years Day we are open from 11:00

2nd Jan - Rangers v Celtic 12:00 kick off. Members only in the lounge with non members, kids in the main hall where the game will be on.

3rd Jan - Hibs v Hearts 12:30 kick off. Members only in the lounge with non members, kids in the main hall where the game will be on.

3rd Jan - Ladies Monday Bingo upstairs but no tea/biscuits

4th Jan - Ladies Monthly Bingo main hall. Again no tea/biscuits but drinks can be purchased from the bar.

Let’s all stick to the latest guidelines until we get back to some normality.

Dear members, firstly can I thank everyone who has helped within the club over the past 2 years. It has not been easy. As you are aware we would have normally had an AGM in March but due to to circumstances it was not possible.
Due to the AGM hopefully going ahead in 2022 the management committee have decided not to have an AGM this year. If you have any questions regarding this please speak to a committee member.

As things stand there are 27 members fees outstanding and 4 associate members outstanding.
